The hotel is conveniently located about an hour away from the airport by car. the rooms are charming and well-decorated with a full kitchen, fireplace, and beautiful cactus garden or private terrace. the breakfast is complimentary and delicious with additional menu options. the staff is friendly and accommodating.

One guest complained about a noisy group partying below their room, which disturbed their peace in the evening.

We found an adorable hotel with charming decor and clean facilities. the restaurant offered a delicious and diverse menu that we enjoyed. the staff was friendly and helpful, giving us tips on the best places to visit and explore nearby. the location was perfect since we were close to a Puebla Magica and could avoid the crowds and noise.

The Wi-Fi was not as fast in the room as it was in the rest of the hotel. There was a lack of atmosphere in the dining area, which was empty the first night.
